Kamchatka from Barcelona is a street theatre company, formed by a multidisciplinary artist
collective. Most of the company members first met during a street theatre workshop
directed by claun, actor and director Adrian Schvarzstein, which took place in 2006.
The show "Kamchatka" was premiered in 2007 and following considerable success and
recognition by international programmers. "Kamchatka" is a dream, coming right from our
reality. A dozen of actors with only one suitcase and one souvenir... It seems that they just
arrive from a "no man's land" and that they eventually met in an unknown place where they
don't know the rules, the lifestyle and the secrets. Everything is new. Everything could be
imagined as a game.
